Inspection support

Testing is scoped to the agreed inspection plan for the current lot.

Set the checks, evidence, and reporting detail around the devices you are evaluating—not a generic checklist detached from availability.

01

Functional checks

Agree the functional checks that matter to the intended resale channel, then record the scope used for the current lot.

02

Identity and status review

IMEI, activation, and carrier status can be reviewed as part of the agreed inspection scope before the lot is prepared.

03

Cosmetic sampling

Use representative sampling to discuss visible condition and classification. Sampling observations are documented for the lot under review.

04

Battery data capture

Where requested, available battery-health information is captured and shared as lot evidence for the buyer’s review.

Applies to used iPhone.

Lot evidence

Review the evidence before you confirm the lot.

Cosmetic condition, battery data, lock-status findings, and other observations are assessed against the current lot. They are not a promise that every device in a batch will show identical results.
